The plant reaches a height of 60–75 cm and has an upright habit. The variety forms fleshy white bulbs and has dissected light green foliage resembling dill. Taste qualities are characterized by a crunchy texture and a pronounced sweetish flavor of anise.
The variety is intended for cultivation in the autumn period, as it is prone to bolting when sown in spring. The recommended planting scheme is 20–30 cm between plants with a row spacing of 40 cm. Consumed fresh, and also used as a spice plant.
