The variety belongs to essential oil crops and is used as raw material for the food, pharmaceutical, and aromatherapy industries. The main component of the essential oil is anethole (47–80.2%); methyl chavicol, fenchone, α-phellandrene, α-pinene, o-cymene, β-phellandrene, fenchyl acetate, β-pinene, and apiol are also present.

Under experimental conditions with early sowing dates, the variety shows the highest green mass yield. Seed progeny is characterized by heterogeneity in key agronomic traits. The variety is also considered as a subject for research into extraction methods of useful components.
