The variety is the result of an induced mutation of the 'Spring Glory' variety. The plant reaches a height of 45 to 90 cm and a crown diameter of 45 to 120 cm. The leaves are yellow-green in color and may turn a purple hue in autumn.
Flowering is early, occurring before the leaves emerge. The variety is drought tolerant once established, adapts to different soil types, including clay, and is resistant to deer browsing. Due to its compactness, it is suitable for borders and container cultivation, and rarely requires pruning.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
