The CIVRH612 variety (trade name Ania) belongs to the category of remontant day-neutral varieties. The plant has medium vigor, an upright habit, and increased cold requirements, making it optimal for regions with temperate and continental climates.

The berries have a heart-shaped or ovoid shape, bright red color, and stable size throughout the season. The fruits are characterized by high juiciness, high sugar content, and a pronounced aroma. The elastic skin provides good keeping quality for up to seven days.

The variety has resistance to root and leaf diseases, although it shows slight susceptibility to powdery mildew. It is intended for commercial cultivation in open field, greenhouses, or hydroponics and is convenient for harvesting due to the ease of fruit stalk detachment.
