The variety is a hybrid obtained as a result of breeding between Fragaria chiloensis and Fragaria virginiana. The bushes are vigorous, low-growing, 15–30 cm in height, and form a large number of runners. The fruits are small or medium-sized, white or cream when ripe, and may acquire a pinkish hue in the sun.
Fruiting occurs in late spring or early summer; the variety shows signs of remontancy. The fruits are distinguished by a delicate consistency, which makes their transportation difficult. The variety is characterized as more self-fertile compared to other representatives of the group, however, proximity to other varieties is recommended for stable yields.
