The variety is classified as mid-season. The fruits have a shiny surface, bright red color, and a shape ranging from wedge-shaped to blunt-conical; the first berries of the season can be very large and have an irregular shape. Taste qualities are described as pleasant, sweet, and aromatic; the fruits contain a high amount of ascorbic acid.

Plants are characterized by an upright habit, and leaf petioles have appressed pubescence. The variety possesses good flower fertility, which contributes to fruit set. The crop can be cultivated on various soil types provided there is sufficient irrigation, although the variety is susceptible to spider mites.
