The Russian-bred variety of 2015 belongs to the medium gladiolus group. Its flowers have a coffee-colored smoky shade with characteristic ruffling, and there is a blush-colored spot with a white arrow on the lower petal. According to international classification, the variety is assigned the code 495.
The international commercial variety is a large-flowered plant with a height of 80 to 150 cm. The flowers are colored in saturated dark red, burgundy, or almost black tones with a velvety texture and contrasting white stamens. The variety is used for cut flowers, flower beds, and container cultivation, blooming from July to September.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
