The plant belongs to the dwarf gladiolus group. The height ranges from 30 to 75 cm; the foliage is narrow, sword-shaped, and dark green. The inflorescence is spicate, loose, and contains 5–7 buds, 3–4 of which can be open simultaneously.
The flowers are funnel-shaped, 5–6 cm in diameter. The period from planting to flowering is 10–12 weeks; flowering occurs from June to September. The variety is resistant to Verticillium wilt but requires digging up for winter and is susceptible to thrips infestation.
The variety is versatile in use, suitable for flower beds, borders, mixed borders, and container cultivation. The flowers have a long vase life due to the sequential opening of the buds.
