The variety belongs to the group of large-flowered gladioli. The flowers have a contrasting coloration: purple or lilac-mauve petals are combined with a bright yellow or yellow-orange heart. The flower diameter is 12–15 cm; the petals are slightly wavy. In the inflorescence, 7–8 buds can open simultaneously, with a total number of up to 20 buds.
The height of the flower stalks reaches 100–150 cm. Given the size of the flowers, it is recommended to stake the variety for protection against the wind. Flowering occurs in the period from July to September. The variety is not frost-resistant and requires mandatory lifting of corms for winter storage in a cool, dry place.
The plant is used for planting in flower beds, gardens, and mixed borders, and is also suitable for cut flowers. There is no specific data on disease immunity; the variety is susceptible to diseases typical for the crop, such as Fusarium, Botrytis, and rot, as well as damage by thrips.
