Gladiolus Prince of Orange belongs to the group of large-flowered hybrids. The plant reaches a height of 100–130 cm. The flowers have a funnel-shaped ruffled form with a diameter of 10–15 cm, colored in saturated orange tones with possible darker edges and light veins in the center.
The powerful and tall spike of the inflorescence is 50–60 cm in length. Flowering occurs in August and September. The variety possesses a strong stem, which makes it suitable for cutting and floral arrangements. The plant requires protection from strong wind and mandatory lifting of corms for the winter in regions with cold climates.
