The Princess Lee variety belongs to the large-flowered gladioli. The flowers have a pure pink color, sometimes with pearly or crimson shades. The inflorescences include from 8 to 12 flowers with a diameter of 10–12 cm, which open slowly, ensuring prolonged flowering.
The plant has sturdy upright stems 100 to 160 cm tall. The variety exhibits resistance to leaf diseases and insect pests. In some classifications, it is defined as early-midseason (EM).
The variety is intended for cultivation in open field and is suitable for use as a cut flower due to its ability to remain fresh for a long time. It requires mandatory digging and storage in a frost-free room during the winter period.
