The variety belongs to the large-flowered group of Gladiolus. The flowers have a primary yellow-orange hue with a characteristic orange-red border along the edge of the petals. The diameter of each flower is up to 12 cm.
The plant reaches a height of 120–150 cm. The inflorescence is spike-shaped and includes 10–15 flowers. Flowering of the variety occurs in the period from July to September. The variety is used in floristry for cut flowers and in landscape design.
The plant is not winter-hardy, therefore it requires mandatory lifting of corms for the winter period.
