The variety belongs to the group of large-flowered gladioli. The flower diameter is from 10 to 17 cm, and the petals have a ruffled structure. The primary color of the petals is red, complemented by white vertical streaks along the axis and a white blotch.
The plant height is 100–120 cm. The spike-shaped inflorescence reaches a height of 60–70 cm and contains from 10 to 15 flowers. Flowering occurs in the period from July to September.
The plant is used in the landscaping of flower beds and mixed borders, and is also suitable for cutting. The variety requires protection from strong winds and the mandatory lifting of corms for the winter in regions with a temperate climate.
