The variety belongs to very early maturity groups 000 or 000/00, which allows it to be grown in regions with a short growing season. Intended for use as a grain crop, it is suitable for the production of food products, such as tofu, and for feed purposes.

In field trials, the variety demonstrates susceptibility to bacterial diseases, including Pseudomonas syringae pv. glycinea. It is a product of Canadian breeding, adapted for European agricultural conditions.
