The variety was obtained by crossing DC 81 and Deltapine Acala 90 lines. The plant belongs to a less determinate type, is distinguished by its great height, columnar shape, and extended flowering period.

The variety possesses excellent resistance to fiber shedding under adverse weather conditions. It is characterized by high fiber turnout during processing and micronaire quality indicators in the premium range.
