The variety belongs to short-season crops, reaching a height of approximately 82.4 cm in semi-arid climatic conditions. The culture is characterized by a compact bush shape.
The plant possesses marked resistance to drought and is undergoing studies regarding adaptability to saline soils. There are GM lines of this variety containing the Bt-gene, which provides resistance to the cotton bollworm through the production of a toxin.
The variety is intended for industrial cotton production. In agronomic practice, consistently high fiber turnout and total yield indicators are noted, which makes it in demand in the textile industry.
