Variety description

The variety is a sterile hybrid of Helleborus niger and Helleborus × sternii. The plant forms a dense bush 30–40 cm in height with upright flower stalks and evergreen or semi-evergreen dissected leaves of a dark gray-green color.
Large cup-shaped flowers have a creamy white or pale greenish color and face outward. Flowering begins in mid-winter and continues until mid-spring. The plant is frost-resistant, withstanding temperatures down to -20°C (USDA zones 5–9).
Used for planting in partial shade in open ground, borders and container gardening, and is also suitable for cutting. All parts of the plant are toxic.
