Variety description

The plant forms a compact bush up to 30 cm in height and up to 50 cm in width. The leaves are rounded, lobed, with a wavy or serrated margin. The color of young leaves is purple or burgundy; with age, they acquire a silvery tint with dark veins.
The flowers are small, bell-shaped, bright coral-red in color, gathered in loose paniculate inflorescences on flower stalks up to 40 cm high. Flowering is prolonged, lasting from late spring until mid or late summer.
The variety is a semi-evergreen or evergreen perennial with good growth vigor. It prefers well-drained soils and is sensitive to moisture stagnation and overheating during hot midday hours.
