Variety description

The plant forms a compact rosette of large heart-shaped leaves with deep serrations along the edges. The foliage color is lime-green or golden-yellow, often with dark veins and a bloom. The leaf rosette height is 15–20 cm; with flower stalks, the plant reaches 35–40 cm.

The flower stalks are thin and sturdy, with a dark hue. Small bright pink or pink-red flowers are gathered in paniculate inflorescences. Flowering continues from June to August.

The variety is winter-hardy, corresponding to frost resistance zone 4. It prefers fertile, well-drained soils and placement in partial shade. Used in ornamental landscaping for group and border plantings, as well as in rock gardens.
