Variety description

The plant forms compact, lush rosettes 30–35 cm in height; with flower stalks, the height reaches 40–60 cm. The leaves are large, deeply dissected, maple-shaped, and velvety to the touch. The foliage color varies from chocolate-brown to purple-violet with a characteristic silvery bloom.
Flowering is prolonged, continuing from late spring until August or October. The buds have a dark pink hue; the flowers are small, bell-shaped, and cream-white or pale pink in color. The flower stalks are sturdy and are held above the level of the foliage.
The variety possesses high winter hardiness (USDA zone 4–9). The crop is used in landscape design for creating borders, group plantings, container cultivation, or as a ground cover plant.
