Variety description

The plant is a compact hybrid, reaching a height of 0.4–0.5 m in container culture, and up to 1 m in open field. The hibiscus branches well and has bright green deeply dissected leaves. Flowers are bright red, odorless, reaching 10–15 cm in diameter.
Flowering lasts from July until autumn; repeat flowering is possible when pruning faded shoots. Frost resistance is estimated down to -15°C; mulching of the root system is required at lower temperatures. The crop requires regular watering and fertilization.
