The variety is a bud mutation of the variety Lavender Chiffon. The plant is characterized by a compact and upright habit, reaching a height of about 2 meters by 10 years of age. The foliage is green and deciduous.

The flowers, 10–12 cm in diameter, have a semi-double structure and are white with a characteristic red-purple basal spot. Withered flowers fall off the plant on their own. The variety is frost-resistant, prefers sunny and sheltered locations, and also shows resistance to urban conditions.
