Variety description

The plant forms a dense, well-branched, spherical bush 90 to 120 cm tall and 120–150 cm wide. Leaves are large, glossy, leathery, maple-shaped, and colored dark green with a purple tint. Stems are strong, upright, and do not require staking.

Flowers 20–25 cm in diameter have a saturated deep scarlet-red color with a dark, almost black spot in the center. Flowering continues from mid-summer to early autumn; flowers bloom sequentially along the entire length of the stem. The aerial part dies back annually for the winter; the plant regrows rapidly from the roots in spring.

The variety is adapted to USDA zone 4 conditions, which ensures resistance to frost. The plant demonstrates resistance to diseases when provided with sunny exposure and good air circulation. It requires nutrient-rich soils and regular watering.
