Variety description

The variety belongs to the Double Galaxy group of double hippeastrum. The flowers have a crepe petal texture, the diameter is from 15 to 24 cm. The coloring is characterized by a bright white color with contrasting carmine-red stripes, streaks and a border; an apple-green shade may be present in the center.

Up to 4 flowers are formed on the flower stalk. The height of the flower stalks is 40–50 cm. Flowering occurs 6–8 weeks after planting the bulb; in indoor conditions, the flowering period falls in the winter and spring months.

The variety is part of the Amadeus series. It is suitable for growing in pots, use in floristry and sale in the form of dry bulbs. The flower stalks possess strength that allows them to hold heavy double flowers without lodging.
