The variety is a six-row barley with high stem strength. Plant height is about 82 cm. The variety demonstrates good resistance to Rhynchosporium, net blotch and other types of leaf blotch, however it does not possess specific resistance to powdery mildew.
The grain of the variety is large, characterized by a high thousand kernel weight and high test weight. Protein content is average for six-row varieties. The variety is adapted to northern growing conditions, is used as fodder barley and can be used for starch production.
