The variety belongs to the spring barley group. In scientific publications, it is mentioned as a genetic resource used in diallel cross studies to analyze productivity traits.

The plant possesses genetic resistance to powdery mildew due to the presence of the mlo gene. At the same time, studies have recorded the susceptibility of this variety to the causal agent of Fusarium head blight.

During the assessment of combining ability, the variety showed low results for the trait of grain weight per spike. Detailed agronomic characteristics, such as yield or growing requirements, are not presented in open sources.
