The variety is classified as a dwarf type of barley. During scientific trials to study adaptation to adverse conditions, its sensitivity to flooding or excessive soil moisture was identified, which negatively affects the development of the plant's vegetative mass.
This genotype was also used as a subject in specialized research aimed at studying ovule morphology and the developmental characteristics of barley grain.
