Clamor is a winter barley variety intended for cultivation under winter sowing conditions. Morphologically, the plant is characterized by the presence of an awn.

The agronomic traits of the variety include a high specific weight of grain. During studies, susceptibility of the plants to net blotch and Rhynchosporium was recorded, as well as the variety's tendency to lodge.
