The variety originates from the cross ((641003 x Tocka) x Vogels.Gold) x (Pella x Dura). It belongs to multi-row barley forms and is insensitive to vernalization, which distinguishes it from a number of other winter varieties.

The variety is intended for feed purposes. Studies show that this barley does not tolerate soil waterlogging well, and its resistance to pathogens varies depending on the region of cultivation.
