The variety is a winter two-row barley. Plant height is classified as short or medium. The ear has medium density, a shape tapering towards the tip, and holds an erect or semi-erect position. The heading period is classified as mid-late.
The plant demonstrates good resistance to powdery mildew, rhynchosporium, and barley yellow mosaic virus, as well as medium or medium-plus resistance to lodging. Despite its name, the variety is not a malting barley and is intended for use as high-quality feed.
