The variety is mid-late, has a short stem and is characterized by medium resistance to lodging. In terms of disease resistance, the variety is rated as moderately resistant to powdery mildew, brown rust, net blotch and leaf scald.

The plant is intended for malting purposes. The malt obtained from it has a favorable protein content, an excellent extract level, a medium beta-glucan content and high proteolytic enzyme activity with optimal amylolytic indicators.
