The variety is a winter six-row barley with a stem height of 90–100 cm. It belongs to mid-early or mid-season varieties, distinguished by uniform ripening and a thousand kernel weight of about 47 g.

The plant possesses medium to high winter hardiness, good drought tolerance, and lodging resistance. The variety shows high resistance to barley yellow mosaic virus type 1, scald, and rust, while having moderate resistance to powdery mildew and net blotch.
