The spring barley variety Nos Valda has a semi-erect growth habit and medium intensity of green color of the plants. The flag leaf of the plant has a semi-erect position, and the intensity of anthocyanin coloration of its auricles varies from very weak to weak.

The lower leaf sheaths of the plant do not have pubescence. The grain of the variety is distinguished by the presence of a bluish, light gray with a blue shade, aleurone layer.
