Intensive type spring two-row barley variety, adapted to the conditions of the Steppe, Forest-Steppe, and Polissia regions. Under production conditions, the yield varied from 7.26 to 7.55 t/ha.
The protein content in the grain is 10.8–14.0%. The thousand kernel weight is in the range of 41–52 g, the test weight is 680–700 g/l, and the uniformity is 94–97%. The variety is characterized by high resistance to lodging, shattering, drought, and major diseases. It is intended for grain production.
