Vertti is a very early variety with a short, strong stem and high lodging resistance. The maturation period is approximately 83–85 days.

The grain is characterized by a high thousand kernel weight in the range of 43–44 g and high test weight. The variety possesses very good resistance to net blotch and good resistance to other leaf diseases.

The plant consistently shows results on various soil types, including acidic ones, however it is not recommended for cultivation in areas prone to drought.
