Variety description

Leaf blades have a heart-shaped elongated form measuring 22–23 by 14 cm, slightly wavy, with distinct veining and a glossy sheen. A distinctive feature is the upright cherry-purple petioles.

Flowers of a lavender shade are located on dark purple scapes. Leaf height is from 35 to 60 cm, scapes can reach 70 cm. Flowering is late, occurring in July, growth rate is medium.

The plant is frost-hardy, withstands temperatures down to -34...-40°C, and possesses good resistance to diseases and pests. Used for decorating shady corners, borders, woodland gardens, and for cultivation in containers.
