Variety description

The plant forms a dense basal rosette 40–60 cm in height and 45–90 cm in width. The leaves possess a characteristic wavy margin and twisted structure. During the flowering period, which occurs in July–August, it produces flower stalks up to 80 cm in height with funnel-bell-shaped flowers of a lavender or light lilac shade.

The variety is winter hardy, withstands temperatures down to -30°C, and prefers partial shade or shade and moist fertile soils. Leaves with a thin texture are susceptible to damage by slugs and snails. The plant is used in landscape design for edging, mixed borders, planting under trees, and in containers.
