The flowers of the variety have a bell shape, a diameter of up to 4 cm and a waxy texture. The coloration changes from whitish-blue upon opening to an icy blue color with blue-violet veins, with an almost white tone often visible in the center of the flower. Dense inflorescences of a conical or cylindrical shape grow up to 10–20 cm.

The variety is early-flowering, with the flowering period occurring in March–April. The plant is suitable for cultivation in open field, containers and for forcing. The variety has a frost resistance of USDA zone 4, which allows it to withstand temperatures down to -34.4°C provided it is grown in well-drained soils.
