Variety description

The variety is a triploid hybrid obtained by crossing the 'Oroval' clementine and the 'Tarocco' orange. The plant has high vigor at a young age; Troya and Carrizo citrange are recommended as rootstocks. Minimal root sucker formation is noted.
Early-maturing variety; under Italian conditions, fruits ripen from mid-November, and in Australia — in June–July. Fruits are medium to large in size, weighing over 150 g and with a diameter of about 77 mm, having a predominantly oval shape. The peel is orange and easily separates from the flesh.
The flesh is juicy, sweet, with a flavor intermediate between clementine and orange. Due to its triploid nature, the variety is seedless, with an average of less than 1 seed per fruit. A characteristic feature is the development of anthocyanin pigmentation in the flesh, which intensifies during storage in cool conditions.
