The rootstock is characterized by high growth vigor and the formation of a strong root system with an increased number of absorbing roots. This contributes to improved stress tolerance of grafted plants to low temperatures and nutrient deficiencies, as well as an increase in fruit size and quality.

The plant possesses high resistance to Fusarium wilt (races 1, 2, 3), Verticillium wilt (race 1), tobacco mosaic virus (races 0–2), as well as to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. radicis-lycopersici and Pyrenochaeta lycopersici. It exhibits intermediate resistance to root-knot nematodes.
