Variety description

The variety is a compact shrub 100–150 cm in height with ovate dark green leaves with serrated margins. Young leaves have a reddish hue, and in autumn the foliage turns orange and red tones.

Inflorescences are flat, plate-like, with small central fertile flowers and large sterile flowers along the edges. The color is initially white, later it can turn pink. The flowering period lasts from July to September.

The plant prefers semi-shaded or shaded locations, and requires fertile, moist, and well-drained soils. It is used in single and group plantings, as well as in container cultivation.
