Variety description

The plant is a deciduous shrub with a rounded, dense, and upright crown, reaching a height of 1.0 to 2.0 meters with a bush width of up to 1.5 meters. The variety is the result of a cross between Mariesii grandiflora and Rosea.

The inflorescences are of the "mophead" type and reach a diameter of 15–30 cm. Upon opening, the flowers are pure white, sometimes with a slight blue or pink center, and acquire a pink hue over time. The leaves are large, dark green, glossy, with serrated edges; in autumn, they may change color to yellowish or reddish.

Flowering lasts from June to September or October. The variety is considered one of the most winter-hardy among Hydrangea macrophylla, possesses high resistance to diseases and pests, and tolerates sun exposure better than many other white varieties, provided there is sufficient watering.

The variety is intended for solitary and group plantings, creating hedges, bordering, as well as for container cultivation, cutting, and drying of inflorescences.
