Variety description

The plant is a compact shrub with glossy dark green foliage. Mophead-type inflorescences appear from July to September, with flowering potentially extended due to the formation of new inflorescences in place of wilted ones.

Flower buds are set on the previous year's shoots, which requires protection from frosts. The variety is adapted to USDA hardiness zone 6, and requires cover in zone 5. It is used in landscape design for borders, group plantings, and containers, and is also suitable for cut flowers.
