The shrub has a compact, upright, and moderately spreading habit, reaching a height of 50 to 100 cm. The plant has dark green, broadly oval foliage with serrated edges.

The inflorescences are large, spherical in shape, and consist mainly of sterile light purple flowers. The coloration may change depending on soil acidity and the presence of aluminum.

The variety possesses strong stems and a vigorous growth habit. Flowering lasts from late spring to early autumn. The plant is suitable for keeping on terraces and balconies, as well as for planting in open field.
