The variety belongs to the lacecap hydrangea group. Over a ten-year growth period, the shrub reaches a height of 1.25–1.5 meters.

The flowering period lasts from July to September. Flower color varies from pink to purple-blue depending on soil acidity; the plant is used in landscape design for borders, group, and solitary plantings.
