Variety description

The plant is a wide-spreading shrub 100–150 cm tall with dark green ovate foliage. The inflorescences have a lacecap structure with a diameter of 15–22 cm. The color of the marginal flowers depends on soil acidity and aluminum content, varying from deep red to lilac-blue shades.

Blooming continues from June to September. The variety belongs to USDA hardiness zone 6 (down to -23 °C), while requiring protection of flower buds for the winter in cold climate conditions. The cultivar is resistant to lodging, suitable for solitary and group plantings, as well as container cultivation.
