The plant forms a neat bush 90–120 cm high with upright stems of a dark burgundy, almost black color. The inflorescences are of the spherical type.
Flowering is accompanied by a change in the color of the inflorescences. When increasing soil acidity by applying aluminum sulfate, the color can change to blue. The variety is intended for landscape design as an accent plant, for borders, or container cultivation.
