Variety description

10 August 2026

The shrub has a compact, dense form and reaches 30–90 cm in height and width. The foliage is dark green, glossy. The plant is characterized by sturdy stems that prevent the lodging of heavy inflorescences.

Flowers are gathered in large globular inflorescences. Their color depends on soil acidity: in neutral or alkaline conditions they are pink, in acidic soils with the presence of aluminum — blue, eventually acquiring greenish shades. Flowering continues from late spring or early summer until frost.

The variety is resistant to powdery mildew and gray mold. Agronomic practices include maintenance in moist, well-drained soil conditions; winter hardiness corresponds to USDA zones 5–9. The plant does not require regular pruning.
