Variety description

The plant forms dense and compact clumps from 15 to 45 cm in height and 30–45 cm in width. Fleshy oblong leaves with a serrated edge retain a violet-brown or bronze-purple color throughout the season. Upright stems are colored in red-violet tones and are distinguished by high strength, not lodging under the weight of the inflorescences.
Small star-shaped flowers of a raspberry shade are gathered into dense corymbose inflorescences. Flowering begins at the end of summer and continues until the beginning of autumn, while the inflorescences retain their decorative appearance even in the winter period. The variety attracts pollinating insects, is drought tolerant and is suitable for hardiness zones 4–9.
The plant possesses high resistance to powdery mildew and leaf spot. Used in landscape design for borders, flower beds, gravel gardens, rock gardens and for cultivation in containers.
