The plant is an upright shrub about 90 cm high and 60 cm wide. Young stems have a pronounced red color. Leaves are ovate, 7–9 cm by 3–6 cm in size, light green when young, later turning dark green; the leaf surface is smooth or slightly bumpy.

Fruits are colored in shades of red and red-purple. Product readiness for cutting occurs from the end of July. The variety is known in the trade under the name Pinky Flair.
